Gameplay

Fairly responsive controls
Standard SF2 controls
Some long animations but mostly a fast moving fighting game.
Couldn't figure out any special moves. At least none worth using. So I just would up using standard heavy kick repeatedly. Combat didn't seem deep.
Slowdown galore
Fatalities like MK but not sure how to do them

Level Design

No mini games to break up the procession of matches
Very boring stages

Theme

Never have I ever wanted to play a fighting game as a fat Elvis impersonator. Or a clown. Or a far opera lady for that matter. Just a preposterously stupid concept.

Art Style

Prerendered graphics are fairly impressive but wow is this some of the ugliest artwork I've ever seen.

Audio

The music, like the rest of the game, doesn't speak to me in any way. The sound quality is quite good but again, it's a bunch of music and sound effects that I despise. The sounds of hitting and kicking are good so I'll give it props for that as well.
