The dithering is omnipresent. Half of the polygons are a flat color and texture while the alternating polygons are a pixelated mess. Truly horrifying. That said, the framerate is much better than Race Driving on SNES. But yeah, this game is hideous.

A rare example of a Genesis game with worse music than sound effects. The engine noise is satisfying as are the tire squeal and...the crash isn't too bad. Maybe that's all the noises. Hmm
