Mr. Do! for SNES

Image: MobyGames

Mr. Do!

I don't get it. Where's Homer?

Genre: arcade - n/a

Publisher: Black Pearl

Year: 1995

System: SNES

Gameplay Score: 2

Gameplay Notes:

Some slowdown. Seriously? Dig Dug clone Only offensive capability is shooting a bouncy ball that respawns after a LONG wait, or digging underneath a big orange apple(?) so it falls and crushes whoever is underneath, similar to some other arcade game I can't think of. Overall it just reminds me of other, better arcade games like Pac-Man and Dig Dug.

Level Design Score: 0

Level Design Notes:

As was typical of one screen made arcade games there's really no variety to levels. Just more of the same until you're tired of it.

Theme Score: 1

Theme Notes:

You're a clown who digs underground. Clowns are creepy

Art Style Score: 0

Art Style Notes:

Butt ugly

Audio Score: 2

Audio Notes:

Nice chirpy arcade sounds and music, but nothing you'll remember

Overall Score: 25

Review ID: 352
