Gameplay

Further refined. AI is still kinda dumb but nowhere near as bad as most other games.
Hitting and pitching retain their simplicity but are consistent and fun.
The game speed is just right, although there's too much time between pitches.

Level Design

Tons of modes and option. I highly recommend using Comp Assisted defense mode.
This is a well designed game.

Theme

Has a picture of prominent players which shows when they come to bat. It doesn't look much like them but I like what they were trying to do.

Art Style

Massive improvement. Sprites have terrrific animations as they stand on the mound or in the batters box. Really nice looking game

Still has that awful music which can be turned off

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
