Gameplay

Fast, responsive, and flexible. This is easily as good, if not better, than SF2. Movement is awesome as you can double tap to dash and can pull off special moves anytime, including in the air. Easy to pull off moves which are exactly like SF2 moves. 6 buttons controls.
Eight playable character which are obvious SF2 analogs. My favorite is the Chun Li stand in named Chan.

Level Design

The backgrounds are a sight to behold, with a bunch of animation and huge elements. There's a small platform of the extreme right and left of each stage that acts as a platform.

Theme

You hop from country to country just like SF2, with a mugshot and dialogue between the players after a bout. The only knock is that there's only one boss.

Art Style

Huge and well animated characters. Easily as good as anything from Capcom or SNK at the time. And zero showdown.

Audio

Decent music that doesn't hold a candle to Capcom's best. The sound effects are too quiet.
