Gameplay
Unplayable. Horribly laggy controls and overly long animations. Plus your opponent mercilessly pummels you and stun locks you into oblivion. I can't even get his health halfway down before he wrecks me. Utterly impossible.
Level Design
Who knows. I can't get past the first fight.
Theme
Clearly this is someone else's inside joke. The pre-rendered graphics of obvious real people suggests that these guys are some sort of comedians, but the joke is lost in translation. There's a real world setting, but that's about all I can surmise from the limited screens I'm able to see.
Art Style
On a technical level the graphics are almost impressive. The sprites are small but are well rendered. The background is also well made. Unfortunately everything is hideous. The sprites remind me of those from Wayne's World, but with a spot of polish. Everything else looks like it came from a circus.
Audio
Surprisingly the music and sound effects aren't half bad
