Gameplay

Game of attrition. Your goal is more about surviving for 5 minutes than it is to achieve something specific. Ultimately this can be accomplished by simply holding down on C to constantly boost, hold up+left or right to avoid incoming missiles, and press B to fire a missle when you hear that you've locked onto an enemy. It's that simple. And that's extremely boring.
Initially I thought it was a straight-up corridor shooter like After Burner or Star Fox but it's more like a free-roaming dogfighter. Unfortunately, you can't turn tightly enough for this structure to be realized so when someone gets on your tail you have to ignore them and keep doing the up+left or right thing.

Level Design

There are a whole bunch of levels to select...but they're all the exact same thing.

Theme

I enjoy feeling like I'm in the cockpit of a beefy, powerful fighter jet.
Generic story - Middle Eastern bad guys have taken over the world. Destroy them.

Art Style

The cockpit covers 75% of the screen. You're left with a tiny window at the top to target enemies.
Enemies pop on and off screen so quickly that there's nothing much to look at. Extreme slowdown when two or more enemies are on screen.

Audio

There's a nice song that plays to keep you pumped up. The sounds for firing missiles is ok. There's not mucn else going on.
