Gameplay

Plays similar to Demon's Fury. The camera seems to jump around a bit more and the ball travels incredibly fast at times making the game quite challenging.
Paddles still have generous hit detection.

Level Design

Good but not great table design. It's more boring than the prequel.
The extra tables are mostly empty save for the enemy boys you're attacking.

Theme

Demon theme is replaced by swords and sorcery.
Scantily clad women are everywhere and orgasmic moans are cued constantly. It's not for playing while the kids are around.

Art Style

Looks more grainy and dark than the first game. Less use of color.
Sprites are less attractive. They look more Western.
The ball has an unsavory scaling effect on some of the bonus tables.

Audio

It's not awful but the music is a major step back from the previous game. It's far too upbeat and doesn't seem to match the theme.

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
