Can turn on an AI 2nd player! This creates massive slowdown but is very cool nonetheless. Can also turn on or off friendly fire. Pretty fun as a 2P game. A few more special moves than the first two but mostly the same gameplay. 4 players to choose from and 3 are usable. Guy, Mike and newcomer Dean.

Only 6 levels but they're all decent. Only one has verticality. One happens on top of a bus and another inside the bus like Rival Turf.

Theme Notes:
Cut scenes tell the story. Another gang had taken over for Mad Gear and killed some guy's family. Typical stuff.
Art Style Score: 5
Art Style Notes:
Takes a slightly more cartoony look. Very well drawn sprites and backgrounds. Excellent colors like the hot reds in the factory. Looks great.

Music isn't great. Sounds are very good
