Gameplay

They got it right on their first try. Plays fast and well. You have to really hit or be hit to be taken down. Forgiving hit detection.
Screen zooms in when you're passing to highlight three different receivers. This works well and then you control the receiver on the other end which allows you to catch the ball over any defenders. It takes some practice to make the connection but it works well enough. It's a better system than any other from behind football game.

Level Design

No exhibition. Season, Playoff, and Sudden Death modes.
No options for difficulty or anything else.
Maybe it's a glitch but the selection screen moves so fast that it's impossible to make a selection.

Theme

No NFL or NFLPA.
Not sure how many teams due to the insanely fast selection screen.

3 / 5

Art Style

Pixelated but sprites animate well.
Ugly colors. Lots of burnt orange and yellow.

Audio

Annoying static for crowd noise. Tackle sounds are exaggerated and unappealing.
Voice samples are ok.
Dorky fanfare that plays after scoring.
