Gameplay

Control is done exclusively with the mouse which gives exact placement so long as you can keep a steady hand. It feels more haptic than the d-pad.

Well designed menu allows you to seemingly switch between painting, stamping, and animating. It feels like a single cohesive canvas, unlike the ACME and Fun n Games titles.

Level Design

Modes include Painting, Music, the Fly Swatter Game, and Coloring Book. Coloring is supremely disappointing as there are only 4 pictures and only one that is Nintendo themed.

Fly Scatter is fun and frantic.

You can make your own stamps which gives a lot of flexibility and creativity.

Can only save one picture and song at a given time which really limits the longterm replayability.

Theme

Nintendo only relies on Mario a little bit to make this game feel like a special place to be. It has an special feel all its own.

Art Style

Very clean and simple, as you would hope for an authoring tool.

Audio

The music and sound effects are arguable the best thing about this game.
