Gameplay

Simple structure makes it approachable. Build, fire missiles to soften up the defenses and then send in a mech to finish off the enemy. Then play defense.
Problem is how much RNG factors into your chances of success. Enemy missiles take out your missiles and transports at least half the time. It's pretty annoying. Even if you know exactly what you want to do there's only a 50 percent chance you'll succeed.

Level Design

15 or so levels. I have no aspirations of seeing them all. I can barely finish the first two so I expect the difficulty to get well beyond my capabilities.

Theme

Love it! Advance Wars style anime mission briefings establish the story.

Art Style

The battlefield is isometric and zoomed in. Animations are nice and character and unit models are well drawn. Animations are long so they get a bit old after long.

Audio

Fantastic epic music. Reminds me of the Flight of the Valkyries. Good stuff all around.
