Gameplay

Classic one-screen maze gameplay that defined its generation.
Because the screen isn't tall they added options for mazes in thes categories: Arcade (two screens tall), Mini (almost fits on a single screen), Big, or Strange.
Also includes options for four Difficult levels and the level to begin on (1-7).
Impressive options give this a ton of replayability.

Level Design

Levels are all about the same, with small variations in the maze. However, because of the options to choose maze types and the level select its possible to see all of them. You're not stuck playing the first one over and over again.

Art Style

Take note everyone: This is how you do a 16-bit remaster of a classic arcade game. The classic graphics have some rounded edges and shading added as well as more vibrant use of color than was possible on the original arcade. They're bland by any standard but so much better than any of these other arcade ports.

Audio

Classic sounds are intact although I've never liked the waka-waka sound that acts as the game's one note soundtrack.
