Gameplay

Fast and frantic racing. Good sense of speed. Major downside is that the track is barely two car widths so it's again nearly impossible to pass anyone.
Uses a third person view as opposed to the first person view in the SNES version.
Controls are quite stiff so it's easy to oversteer.
Crashes happen often.

Hard to make turns. Like really hard. Kinda sucks the fun out of driving around the same track over and over

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
