Don't turn aroundGenre: rpg - dungeon
Publisher: Bulletproof
Year: 1994
System: SNES
Gameplay Score: 1
Gameplay Notes:
Feels a bit like an FPS with more animation as you move. It's more than just a single cream of animation. Between that and a compass is much easier to make sense of where you are. No party - just you against the world which honestly I'm ok with. Much simpler that way
Level Design Score: 1
Level Design Notes:
No map so easy to get lost Aimless wandering isn't my thing The world is made up of intersections separated by long corridors. You can only turn around when you come to an intersection. So if an enemy gets behind you you have to run ahead and turn around to go attack. Awkward
Theme Score: 1
Theme Notes:
I guess it's supposed to be mysterious. You wake up in a tower in the woods. Didn't pique my interest
Art Style Score: 2
Art Style Notes:
Miles better than any other D&D game. Animation does wonders. There are even some side scrolling areas with very PC western graphics. Everything is brown
Audio Score: 2
Audio Notes:
Some nice music
