Gameplay

Gameplay is just one long auto stroller escort mission. Similar to Eek the Cat, except without any fun to be had.
The main problem is that you have no control over Spunky who you are escorting. If you miss something you have to wait for him to come back to where you are. If he can. In Eek you could at least turn granny around and toss her. This one is just awful.

Imagine Eek, but made by THQ. Yeah, it's about as well designed as one of those horrible licensed games THQ pumped out. Blech

I liked the cartoon and was hoping for something worthy of it but this game is neither fun not funny.

Art Style

Yuck. The artists had a lot of source material but chose to use washed out colors and elongate the sprites so they look like they're stretched out like Gumby. Weird art direction

After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
