Simple controls can be picked up in a couple minutes. Menu items are easy to recognize due to creative and consistent use of color. Fun to play for a bit although once the money's gone it loses some of the fun, especially when you're just waiting until taxes are collected.

Random levels are cool. The scenarios are great especially since you can wreak havok with natural disasters.
