Gameplay

Good stuff. Two of the best puzzle games ever. What's not to like?

All the modes from the original plus a pretty fun mashup mode where you toggle between the two games.

Nice presentation of two classic games.

Art Style

Graphics are somehow worse than the NES versions. I guess there's some more detail and color but more complexity isn't always a good thing. Still, they're better than most games in the genre so good job I guess.

Audio

This game is an all-out assault on the ears. Make. It. Stop. They took the amazing songs from the NES games and added the worst sounds they could find. Whoever is responsible for this farce should be flogged.

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
