Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS: Fuwa Fuwa Panic
Poor man's Magical DropGenre: puzzle - blocks
Publisher: Bandai
Year: 1995
System: SFC
Gameplay Score: 2
Gameplay Notes:
The best of these Sailor Moon block games so far. At least the controls make sense for the most part and work. Your goal is to pop balloons which are adjoining, but many of them have to be blown up first. Adds a small amount of extra interactivity. Still, the game has almost no strategy. I'd say this is a very poor man's Magical Drop. Blocks drop in so infrequently that you spend most of the time just waiting.
Level Design Score: 3
Level Design Notes:
Story mode, Battle, and Stage clear (puzzle) Stage clear is the only one-player mode and easily the best way to experience this game. Still, it oales in comparison to other, better puzzlers on the system.
Theme Score: 4
Theme Notes:
Those chibi Sailor Moon characters are great. The presentation is even better than the other SM puzzlers.

Art Style Notes:
If you like pastels you'll love this game. It looks like a proper arcade game of the era.
