Gameplay

Barely playable. You fly around both vertically and horizontally, almost like a shooter, but you attack with huge appendages. It's the lagiest controls I've ever experienced. Press a button and a second later at least before anything happens. If anything happens. Your opponents are firing homing projectiles left and right and even if you're right, inside of the other players sprite there's no guarantee that you'll hit their hitbox. Movement is also a crapshoot. You've got a stamina meter which drains each time you attack or – and you become confused and vulnerable when the meter is empty. Ultimately this is a novelty game and not a serious anything.

Level Design

The levels themselves are bonkers with the craziest stuff happening in the background. Nothing affects the actual gameplay but the levels, which are generally a couple of screens, high and wide are a sight to behold.

Theme

The most bizarre, homoerotic thing I've ever seen. Musclebound men and women everywhere, with the guys posing and flexing at every opportunity.

Art Style

The graphics are eclectic but impressive. If I had to guess these are boss enemies from the Cho Aniki shooter games but I don't know for sure. The huge sprites themselves are well drawn but only have a couple of frames of animations so they don't look good in motion at all.

Audio

The music is as eclectic as the the theme and graphics. Not my cup of tea that's for sure.
