English is used on enough menus that it's not a problem. Has a sort of stuffy environment. Japan League license, of course.

Eh, the graphics are weak. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about in 1994. Below average for sure.

Audio Notes:
Loud music plays continuously, and changes based on the situation. It gets fast paced (and annoying) when a runner is in scoring position. Sounds are fine but that music isn't my favorite.
