Gameplay

Horrible. Unfun. Obnoxious.
Choppy gameplay. The game animates at about 5 FPS. Maybe a tiny bit smoother than the SNES version, but it's not good regardless.
Opponents stick to you like glue so there's no way to get free for a shot. On the SNES you could pump fake to get an uncontested shot but even that doesn't work here.
Defense is impossible. Utterly, completely impossible. No way to steal or block a shot and even if you do the shooter always gets the deflected ball.

Horrible animation ruins otherwise ok looking character models.
The view is so low that players all run together. Hard to see if there's space to occupy.

After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
