Gameplay

Plays almost identically to GA2. I was hoping for some improvement in 5 years. I guess they give you 4 playable characters instead of 3 this time around.

Again some improvements, particularly in the summertime, but for a game released in 1997 I expected way more.

Audio

Music takes a step backward. Most of the tracks are so generic you could do them into any game in any genre.
The death cries have returned. They're not as annoying as they were in the original but are still cringey.

After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
