Gameplay

Oversized sprite
Slow moving bullets
Deceptively difficult
One hit death
Biggest knock is that you have to hold down two buttons for primary and secondary weapons. You can switch between two secondary weapons but pressing A while. Holding the other two is impractical, so there's really no reason to ever do so.
Your weapons can be upgraded time and time again. I was still upgrading them in stage 3 to the point that they were screen filling.
Speed can be upgraded a couple of times.
Controls are generally responsive

Level Design

Nothing jumps out in terms of stage design or enemy wave design. Enemies shoot almost immediately after getting on screen so even shooting them quickly doesn't make the game much easier. The levels match the theme very well. For example, you fly around at ground level amongst grass blades in level 2 and then level 3. You're flying up in the air around what looks like Big Ben. So the levels are interesting but not particularly well designed.

Theme

Extremely unique and interesting concept. You're some sort of exterminator the size of a bug killing bugs. I'm not sure why but again there's nothing else like this so props for trying something new.

Art Style

Artwork is decent. The sprites are well drawn and there's a good amount of color. The backgrounds are static with minimal parallax, scrolling or other effects.

Audio

The music is also nothing special but it's fun and matches the theme of the game pretty well. Sound effects are good. They don't get in the way anyway or irritate you.
