Gameplay

It's Mega Man 1 thru 3, but slow. Yes I know it's a PAL region game but I don't think a 20% boost in speed would get this back to the NES game's performance. This game is slooooooow
Maybe it's the slow speed, but the controls aren't as responsive as the NES game. There's a bit of lag on all movement.

Art Style

Nice improvement over the NES originals, but there's a bunch of slowdown. Also, the colors are muted when compared to the clean NES graphics. Flicker is gone, but perormance is greatly reduced.

Audio

I award you no points for using all the classic tunes because they sound horrible in these remixed versions. This is the equivalent of Rosanne Barr singing an entire Whitney Houston album. No. Just no.

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable.
