Gameplay

Very slow gameplay.
Inexplicable slowdown
Throwing newspapers where you want them requires timing and experience since they won't always go where you think they will.
Hitting animations to ruin people's day is more fun than actually winning.
Really bad controls.

Theme

As a former paperboy I don't know if it makes for a good game. But hey there are some cute story elements like the newspaper at the end of each level lauding your praise or criticizing your play.

NES quality graphics. Not good

Music has a Seinfeld intro quality. Which is to say, it sucks. Sounds are chirpy but kinda cute

One thing that I greatly appreciate is that you are never alone in a one-character party. You are joined by 3 other playable characters within the first hour of play. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
