Gameplay

Only means of attack is a hand slap with very limited range. You can get melons and chicken arrows later with limited ammo.
Movement is painfully slow. There's a run button but it's mapped to X (top) so it's unreachable while attempting to jump using B (bottom).
Precision platforming + slow controls make for difficult gameplay
Insanely bad hit detection
Eats inputs like crazy

Level Design

Lots of pointless paths
Mostly just go to the right levels
Platforming is so difficult that environment hazards are the major concern. Jumping over even small gaps is a tedious chore

Theme

It took them 4 games but this is the only R&S game that look, feels, and is presented like the R&S cartoon.

Art Style

Simple graphics that have more in common with the first game than the Fire Dogs and Time Warp games. A step back.

Audio

If you really, really, really like "Happy happy joy joy" and enjoy hearing it loop every 15 seconds then you'll be ok with the music.
There are very few sound effects.
