Gameplay

Responsive controls.
Attacks reach one plane above and below you which makes it easy to attack and be attacked.
Excellent hit detection.
Slow movement with no run or dash.
A very useful jump kick move.
The screen clearing move is single use per stage but is an annoyingly long animation.

3 / 5

Level Design

No platforms. Minimal environmental hazards and elements. Just go to the right. The backgrounds are nice and give each level some character but the levels themselves have no features to them.

Art Style

Tiny sprites. Like, miniscule little characters. Maybe as tall as Haggar's leg. Maybe.
Nice details and animations in the backgrounds. The effects don't look great, like the rain, but at least they tried.
Some animation.
Good use of color.
Nicely drawn and designed characters, even if they're tiny.

Audio

The tunes are ok. I wanted to like them more than I did. They have a nice vibe but never pick up. Sound effects are a garbled mess
