Gameplay

Ok this is more like it!
Very fast and buttery smooth gameplay.
Cockpit view gives sense of speed and left and right over-shoulder views are pointless but unbelievably cool looking.
Plane can make very tight turns which is both unrealistic and awesome. This is a video game after all.
Has a real time map you can switch to and navigate from with clear callouts to enemies and targets.

Level Design

The only difference seems to be the number of MiGs and the color of the background. There's daytime, evening, and night. Give me some bombers or something else to do.

Epic music that sounds like Road Rash. I feel like the kids from Iron Eagles.

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
