Gameplay

You walk faster than the screen scrolls so the draw distance decreases slowly as you move. Weird feel to it, like the camera can't keep up with you.
Slow movement.
Two attacks - spin and throw hat. The spin has minimal reach and enemies move wildly so it's hard to not get hit when attacking. The hat throw is even worse since you have to power it up and you're stationary and vulnerable while doing so. Pretty frustrating combat.
Enemies take way too many hits.
I really wish the combat were better.
Unbelievably difficult. Looks cutesy but it's insanely difficult.

Level Design

Really long dungeons.
Typical Zelda clone stuff. Find a key to unlock a door.

Theme

Very silly setting. You're a vampire prince out to save your family from garlics and zombies and cat girls. Fun

Art Style

Looks great. Great use of color. The expressive sprites. There's a lot to like here.

Audio

Nice music and great sounds effects.
