Gameplay

Plays ever so slightly better than the first game. Hits are slightly less common and fielding is improved. Still a nostalgic pick, as this game is nowhere near as deep or impressive as other games. It's pick up and play fun.

Only exhibition mode, but you can get into a game in only a few button presses, which is always a win in my book.

Slight improvements from the first game, including some sprite shading and more frames of animation.

Includes an unbelievably annoying weight system, limiting both what you can carry and what your character can use as a weapon. If you’re overloaded, you are unable to move. After buying a few things at the weapons shop I thought the game was broken. I had to Google it and read about this weight mechanic. So stupid. It makes the game nigh unplayable. Even with a minimal inventory of a knife, a helm, and two food rations I could barely walk.
