Gameplay

Horrible hit detection. Hard to guage how close you are to the ball and whether or not you can hit it.
Ball seems to bounce too low to hit sometimes.
Three buttons - C for hard hit, B for soft, A for loft
Hard hits are insanely fast. Better have excellent reflexes.
There's lag in movement and swings.

Modes include exhibition, tournament, ATP tour event, and full ATP tour.

Theme

Lovely presentation. I don't know who any of these players are but maybe it's a licensed list of real people. It kind of looks that way. Each player has a mugshot and voice samples saying their name.
Lots of nice touches like a little fanfar that plays between games, sets, and matches. Good stuff.

Art Style

Lovely, well drawn sprites. They're tall and lean.
Court is right-sized and looks very similar to Smash Tennis or Super Tennis on SNES.
Scrolls horizontally or vertically as needed.
