Gameplay

Plays like a slow version of Madden 92. Actually it plays like the early SNES versions more than the Genesis ones.
Movement is very slow, especially when running. Passing is the way to go.
Passing is difficult. Only complete 1/3 of passes.

College football has never appealed to me.
It's just Madden with college teams except it lacks NCAA license so Notre Dame is South Bend, etc

Art Style

Looks quite a bit better than the Genesis version. Player sprites are bigger and animate well. The field looks ok.

Much improved over the Genesis version. Some of the best crowd noise I've heard in a sports title.
