Gameplay

I've always said I dislike point and click games, but this one hooked me. I love the simplicity of picking an action and then having preselectable targets for those actions. The UI is remarkably simple, with a dense grid with nine actions - LOOK, HEAR, TALK, GET, PUT, MOVE, USE, GOTO, and VIEW. The 2 button selects and 1 cancels. Simple.
I've read that there is a chase scene and a dungeon crawler section at the end of the game but I didn't make it that far yet.

Level Design

The story follows a strictly linear path with clear clues given for where to go next. It's not always obvious what to do when you get there, and many of the actions sequences make little sense, so trial and error is necessary. But it's never too frustrating that you must use a walkthrough. The game guides you through well enough. I'm not a visual novel fan, but this one isn't too bad.

Theme

Cyberpunk setting. I know there's a manga and anime but I don't know the first thing about it. Feels like a female led Snatcher. It's a detective story involving bank robberies by cybernetic mechs.

Art Style

The anime artwork looks nice enough but background are weak and uninteresting. Still, it uses almost the entire screen, which I appreciate. It's also a colorful experience.

Audio

The music is fine but very repetitive.
