Gameplay

Not much depth or control. Just spawn units and hope that they can overwhelm and destroy the aliens. You can direct the units where to go but this can only be done one unit at a time and doesn't seem to do much anyway. There are five units - two that eat vegetation to gather resources, two attackers, and one that eats enemy eggs. If you're not careful all your units will die when the vegetation is consumed, so you need to send rain every so often. But honestly all you need to do is mash away at spawning units until the stage finally ends.

Level Design

The maps aren't very big and I assume things get more difficult as you progress, with difficulty measured by how many enemies are on the map. The UI is easy enough to understand. I appreciate the three difficulty levels.

Theme

An alien invasion in the Jurassic period? Sign me up. The cute dinos give this a fun and silly vibe.

Art Style

The dinos are adorable, but feature almost no animation. But their death keels and mad attack faces make up for it. The game handles a ton of sprites like a champ.

Audio

Enjoyable, whimsical music. Sound effects are also pleasant.
