Pro Quarterback
If Pit Fighter were a football gameGenre: sports - football
Publisher: Tradewest
Year: 1992
System: SNES
Gameplay Score: 0
Gameplay Notes:
Unplayable Cycle thru receivers like Tecmo Bowl but inputs are so unreliable the it's best to do this preplay. View is so zoomed in you can't see your wideouts. Barely see your offensive line Instant tackles makes running impossible plus handing off the ball is just a short throw anyway Framerate is so bad it makes Pit Fighter look decent.
Level Design Score: 1
Level Design Notes:
Only a single game mode
Theme Score: 1
Theme Notes:
No NFL license. Zero frills or features No stats or any bells and whistles
Art Style Score: 0
Art Style Notes:
The ugliest sports game I've ever seen Poor framerate doesn't do anyone any favors Artwork is downright ugly to begin with Frames of animation don't even remotely go together. Players just phase in and out of existence Same ugly crowd tile used in the other Tradewest football game. Player carrying the ball turns all yellow like a sac of urine
Audio Score: 2
Audio Notes:
Crowd noise is more than just white noise. Random whistles and other ambiance plays Player sounds are not cute but give a little personality
Overall Score: 10
