Gameplay

Soccer and basketball, but they use the same engine and the soccer mode is a bit more compelling, so I'm calling this a soccer game.
Plays a lot like Super Mario Strikers. View is side on and teams only have 4 players (3 for basketball).
Simple two button controls.
Responsive controls and movement that's not too fast or too slow.
Easy to just run up the field and shoot.
You have a few different shots, like a header or bicycle kick and also a special move. Again, reminiscent of Mario Strikers. Next Lexel Games were obviously fans of this game.

Level Design

Exhibition in either mode plus a fun Story mode where you alternate between the two game modes.
Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty settings.
Several playing courts, each with a unique theme and environmental hazards.

Theme

Tiny Toons is awesome.
Character designs are spot on.
